Standard Accuracy Validation
Gunwerks' Standard Accuracy Validation process establishes the mechanical foundation of every rifle by confirming the accuracy and consistency of the barrel, action, optics interface, and ammunition, including a custom engraved ballistic turret and zeroed rifle. Conducted in a controlled indoor shooting tunnel at 100 yards with zero wind and stable conditions, it uses the Oehler Ballistic Laboratory to capture velocity and consistency data. Trained personnel fire the rifle from a fixed position, recording multiple-shot groups to evaluate repeatability and dispersion, while documenting muzzle velocity, extreme spread (ES), and standard deviation (SD) for each rifle. This delivers verified 100-yard accuracy confirmation, archived muzzle velocity data, and baseline inputs for ballistic modeling, ensuring every rifle leaves the facility mechanically proven with a repeatable, environmentally uninfluenced foundation for distance-based performance verification.

Range-Verified Performance & Custom Ballistic Profiling
Gunwerks' Range-Verified Validation confirms that each rifle performs as intended beyond controlled conditions, bridging laboratory precision to real-world application by validating actual trajectory and impact behavior at distance. Conducted at an outdoor, distance-capable range by a trained shooting technician, it records live environmental conditions including temperature, pressure, density altitude, and wind. The rifle is zeroed and verified prior to firing shots at multiple known distances, using observed impacts to true ballistic solutions and refine rifle-specific velocity curves and parameters. This delivers distance-verified performance confirmation, a custom ballistic profile unique to the individual rifle, and validated elevation and wind data for known distances, ensuring predictable performance in real conditions, reducing uncertainty, and increasing confidence for first-round impacts at extended ranges.
