CLYMR
The ClymR was designed to be the ultimate mountain hunting rifle. The design is perfected to balance lightweight and long-range shooting capability. The ClymR is the ideal choice when packability and performance are of utmost importance.
THE SHOOTING PLATFORM
Gunwerks rifle systems are engineered from the ground up for long range performance. The difference begins with each component. Rather than assembling various parts available on the market, Gunwerks design and build their own to work together perfectly - The result is a system that performs flawlessly.
THE CLYMR STOCK-MADE FOR THE MOUNTAINS
When it comes to rifles, light weight and long range capable usually don't belong in the same sentence. Traditional ultralight rifles have a lot going against them when it comes to features and capability to perform well in long range hunting applications. YET, the ClymR is exactly that.
The ClymR stock is the lightest in the Gunwerks lineup. Like an Italian sports car, it's light, fast and extremely capable thanks to several key features and advanced technology.
NEGATIVE COMB
Gunwerks' signature negative comb decreases felt recoil while allowing for higher recoil pad positioning. This positions the recoil pad more inline with the barrel, thus reducing muzzle rise. The result is improved shot to shot consistency, less punishment from recoil, spotting impacts, and quicker follow-up shots.
FLAT TOE LINE
The classic stock design creates a steeper toe line. The CLYMR is designed to balance the functionality of bag manipulation and recoil tracking. Before the shot its easy to adjust the buttstock height by moving the bag fore and after. After the shot, as the gun recoils and the toe line tracks along the bag, it won't drop as much as traditional designs. This helps the shooter stay on target through the recoil impulse.
OPTIMIZED FOREND
The forend has a wide flat surface for tracking along a supported rest or pack. The bipod attachment hardware extends the surface forward to prevent any obstructions to the recoil impulse that could cause a point of impact shift. And they achieved this all with a compact, 1" shorter forend that balances well with shorter 18-22" barrels.
ERGONOMIC GRIP DESIGN
The ClymR grip is unlike anything the firearms industry has ever seen. By studying the ergonomics of shooter interaction, and the rifle recoil impulse in super light rifles, Gunwerks identified the grip as a key interface with major influence on long-range precision and accuracy. Their grip places the thumb and the palm in the most advantageous locations for control. An integrated thumb shelf encourages proper grip technique and reduces over-gripping and torqueing of the rifle when firing.
TITANIUM ACTION
Mountain hunters count ounces! A titanium action typically saves around 7oz on the total weight of a rifle with essentially no sacrifice in performance. When every ounce counts, titanium is the optimal solution.

Striking the right balance has always been the engineering dilemma. To achieve the product behavior we envisioned for the ClymR rifle stock, we needed to focus on our performance dimensions. The negative comb reduces muzzle rise and felt recoil. The forend length is optimized for 18-22 inch barrel length. The grip shape is uniquely adaptable for all shooting positions.

Kahles K318i 3-18x50 - CCW - .25 MoA - MOAK:
The K318i is noticeable perfection packed into an ultrashort housing. To achieve highest performance standards despite short-build design it took many years of development and the latest technologies. For example, the complex lense system, the use of special glass types or the innovative etching technology, which is required to provide precise illuminated reticles in FFP according to Kahles standards. Thereby the optical system with its wide field of view and the brilliant, exceptional high contrast image sets new standards for ultrashort riflescopes.
The rugged K318i with its practical magnification range, has been developed for tactical use and long distances. It is intended to help ambitious shooters to achieve record performance. The clearly defined, precise clicks, together with the exceptional repeat accuracy provide highest precision and reliability. The Kahles exclusive arrangement of the operating elements with the parallax wheel integrated in the elevation turret, enables easy handling. All operating elements provide maximum grip and can also be used with gloves comfortably. The essential information on the turrets is clearly readable from the aiming position. And the large adjustment range provides enough reserve for each situation. Consequently, at competitions, the shooter can fully concentrate on the essentials.
The innovative, patented TWIST GUARD windage with its freely rotating end cover, reliably prevents an accidental movement of the windage. This simple solution does not only protect the windage from accidental movement, it also allows the shooter a fast and unhindered handling of the windage without cumbersome need of locking and unlocking.
The Allen key for zeroing the turrets, numbers to those little, practical details. It is housed in the cap of the illumination unit and therefore always available. Hence the illumination unit can easily be opened without any tool.
The ultrashort K318i is a true engineering masterpiece.

Gunwerks firearms come with a hard case with a custom cut, high density foam made to accommodate the build. This case is 6 inches Deep x 14.5 inches Wide x 50 inches Long (Internal Dimensions) and weighs 20 Lbs. Wheels and three handles are included for convenience and usability. This is the toughest case we have found to date!
