Return and Refund Policy
Please understand that a few conditions may apply:
- All sales of firearms, ammunition, and reloading components are final

- Refunds/credits do not include the actual cost of shipping, or non-refundable payment processing fees
- Please note that refunds may not be eligible to receive a refund of the sales tax(es)
- The customer is responsible for the cost and liability of return shipping
- Goods must be returned in as-new condition, with original packaging, inclusions, tags/labels, etc.
- All returns may be subject to up to a 15% restocking fee
- Items returned that are damaged, and/or with damaged packaging may be subject to higher restocking fee
- If the card issuer/payment processor does not refund processing fees, we do not refund them - no exceptions.
- Items listed as "clearance, as is, no returns, final sale, demo, consignment, or used" are not eligible for return/refund
- Changes in Firearm Classification are not covered by the "Return and Refund Policy" and are not returnable

All completed orders are generally shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
