Match-grade carbon fiber barrel blanks built for strength, repeatability, and weight savings up to 62% lighter than steel while maintaining cold-bore accuracy and zero stability under heat.

Our carbon fiber barrels start life as match-grade 416R stainless steel blanks each hand-lapped twice, double stress relieved, and cryogenically treated for peak stability. We then turn the steel down to a refined core profile, reducing weight while maintaining rigidity. From there, the core is sleeved using our proprietary carbon attachment process and given a final cryogenic treatment and inspection.

The result is a carbon barrel blank that delivers true precision under real-world conditions. You'll see the same point of impact from the first cold-bore shot to the last round of an extended string of fire. No wandering zero. No performance fade as heat builds.
