Description

Leica APO-Televid 65mm Spotting Scope Kit - 25-50x Eyepiece - 40149:

For demanding nature observations in open landscapes or in the mountains, high-performance optics are indispensable. This is exactly where the Leica APO-Televid wins users over with outstanding image quality. Whether on long treks or on spontaneous excursions - the Leica APO-Televid 65 is the perfect companion for anyone seeking to experience nature with maximum precision. And thanks to its compact design, the Leica APO-Televid 65 is the ideal choice for demanding trips when every gram in your backpack counts. Equipped with apochromatic high-performance lenses, water- and dirt-repellent AquaDura coating, and the innovative Leica High Lux Pro (HLP) lens system, the Leica APO-Televid 65 delivers a brilliant optics solution with exceptional color neutrality, minimal color fringing, impressive brightness, and a particularly wide field of view. The ergonomic dual focus allows fast and precise focusing, while the compact, rubber-armored magnesium housing ensures optimum protection and comfortable handling.

Optimum Optics System
The Leica APO-Televid 65 spotting scope boasts advanced, market-leading optics that combine proven apochromatic lenses with the state-of-the-art Leica High Lux Pro (HLP) lens system. Apochromatic lenses offer particularly sharp and true-to-life images because they correct chromatic aberration (optical imaging errors) over three wavelengths, and thus eliminate color fringing almost entirely. This delivers outstanding color neutrality, maximum color-fringe suppression, especially when observing with backlighting, and the highest contrast values, particularly high image brightness and an extra-large field of view. Whether fine feather structures in birds or distant mountain peaks – superior color correction and excellent light transmission let you see nature as it really is: clearly, vividly, and with maximum precision.

Hand and Compact
The precise Schmidt prism system of the Leica APO-Televid 65 ensures a razor-sharp, true-color image, especially for daytime observation, and a particularly compact design - ideal for detailed observations on any occasion. Thanks to the balanced lens diameter, this spotting scope offers impressive brightness in a handy size. Whether on an extended birding walk or hiking in the mountains: The Leica APO-Televid 65 spotting scope lets you enjoy the perfect balance of mobility and top-class optical performance. And thanks to its compact design, the Leica APO-Televid 65 is the ideal choice for demanding trips when every gram in your backpack counts.

Precise and Ergonomic
The modern design of the Leica APO-Televid spotting scopes allows intuitive and absolutely smooth operation. With the innovative dual focus for coarse and fine adjustment, details can be focused much more easily, quickly, and precisely. With the coarse focus, you bring the subject into the frame within seconds, while the fine focus allows precise, razor-sharp adjustment. Whether at close range, starting at 2.9 meters, to the furthest distances - the dual focus enables particularly fast and precise focusing for all magnifications.
